Love the tie dye, love the tiers, love the racerback. this roxy dress is so much fun and my little girl loves it too (which really makes the dress great).

I have found that tier dresses fall into the category of fairy skirts, little girls love them. They are fun to twirl. They are not tight or constricting. Plus they give girl something to fiddle with. I love the fabric on this dress.
