Roxy Puppy Love Dress

The tulle ruffles on this dress help to make it a little more exciting than just a basic cotton. My daughter doesn't like anything pink so I bought this in the plum. It's a great play dress with a pair of legging underneath. She is a normal size 3 year old, we bought her the 3T and it fits correct with the hem falling at her knees.
