Like the bottom, not the top

I like the skirt/bottom of this dress, not so much a fan of the style/how the fabric is paired on top.

I bought this for my niece. I wouldn't pick something like this for my own daughter, but my niece loves it! This is definitely an acquired style.

I really like the skirt part on this, but I'm really not huge fan of the lace up thing on the top. Other than that I like it.
