Our Columbia kids fall collection has arrived and is officially flying out the doors!  If you haven’t had a chance to check out the new winter pieces for boys and girls are you definitely missing out!  I have to admit I use to be one of those people that was never too excited about the kids Columbia collection, or their adult offering for that matter.  I always felt it was a little bland and left something to be desired when it came to the technical components of their jackets and fleece.  However, over the past 2 winter seasons I have been thoroughly impressed by Columbia’s kids outerwear line.  For those of you who don’t know (and why would you?) Columbia has been going through a complete re-branding  over the past few years and from what I can tell they are coming out on top.  Not only is the product becoming more and more technical, with the addition of Omni-Heat and increased water-proofing and insulation, but it looks great and it’s still extremely affordable.  Columbia has found a way to provide parents with the looks they want combined with the functionality they need at a price that gives them the biggest bang for their buck hands down.  We’ve had multiple photoshoots that I have walked by and said “wow that’s super cute, who is that by?” and I’m continually surprised at how often the response is “Columbia”!
